To enable our customers, agents and distributors to effect speedy repairs we stock Service Kits for the majority of shaker models. We also offer quick delivery of armature rewinds and can supply many types of field coils from stock.
1g-dynamics can supply and fit all the main wearing and limited-life parts on air and water-cooled shaker systems made by most manufacturers.
Spares are also available for slip-tables from all the leading manufacturers.
To ensure delivery of OEM-quality replacement parts in a timely manner, 1g-dynamics has made a major investment in its armature and field coil winding facilities at our Hertfordshire headquarters.
All stages of the winding process are closely controlled to ensure a high quality product. Winding of air- and water-cooled coils are performed on purpose-designed precision jigs ensuring the final coil is within the required dimensional tolerance. A full range of electrical and dimensional checks are carried out prior to dispatch and each coil carries a full 12 month warranty.
1g-dynamics are able to supply OEM quality armature rewinds and air- and water-cooled field coils for any model of shaker.
Replacement armature rewinds are available for: Ling Dynamic Systems (LDS), Unholtz Dickie (UD), Ling Electronics (LE), MB Dynamics (MB), Elin Union, Thermotron, Environmental Equipments, Gearing & Watson, Derritron and TIRA.
1g-dynamics have recently opened a dedicated Refurbishment centre to recondition systems from stock for re-sale or to recondition customers own systems.
1g-dynamics are capable of upgrading systems for long stroke capabilities, base and trunnion conversions.
All of our refurbished systems are fully checked out and complete with a warranty.
1g-dynamics customers benefit from the UKAS Calibration Laboratory with the latest Endevco accelerometer calibration system, designed to automate transducer calibration, improve overall calibration accuracy, and enhance compliance. Test configuration and test data are stored in a database with extensive cross-references to enhance traceability and record keeping. Calibration reports are generated giving sensitivity figures over the entire frequency range of 2Hz to 10kHz, percentage and dB deviation in both tabular and graphical format.
1g-dynamics can also carry out shock calibration of accelerometers to 10,000g.
We can calibrate ANY make of accelerometer and offer technical advice, new accelerometers and spare parts from our Service Centre in Shepreth, Hertfordshire, UK. We will save you labour costs associated with the upkeep of calibration records, engineering time in calibration procedures and guarantee your accelerometer is returned to you, UKAS calibrated and ready for use.
